We currently ship within Ireland only.
Standard delivery: 2-3 working days.
Free shipping on all orders over €75.
All orders are packed in compostable mailers with acid-free tissue paper. You’ll receive a
tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, in line with EU consumer rights
law.
To return an item, email returns@vintora.eu with your order number. Items must be
unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original VINTORA hang tag attached.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of
receiving the return. Alternatively, we offer store credit with a 10% bonus on the item
value — giving you more to spend on your next find.
Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Exchanges
As every VINTORA piece is one of one, direct exchanges aren’t possible. If something
doesn’t work, return it and browse for something new.
